In 2017, Cassie De Pecol fulfilled her lifelong dream of traveling to every country in the world, breaking two Guinness World Records, and gaining recognition in the National Woman’s History Museum, becoming the first woman on human record to travel every country in the world. She chronicles her reasons behind wanting to embark on such a trip in her new book, ‘Expedition 196: A Personal Journal from the First Woman on Record to Travel Every Country in the World’. Today, she is continuing her legacy through her 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Her International Inc., which funds female-driven projects that address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Cassie is also an avid triathlete, having completed a full 140.6 Ironman-distance race and is now educating others through her fitness app, ‘World Fitness by Cassie’ in the App store.

First woman on record to travel every country in the world, fastest female and fastest person, Cassie is known for her knowledge in solo, female travel and continues to educate the world through her speaking engagements, social media platforms, book, press, and events.

Endurance Athlete

Since the age of 16, Cassie has been competing in triathlons, half marathons, and Ironman-distance events. She cut 2 hours off her Ironman 70.3 distance in 6 months, and launched a virtual fitness app as a result. Today, she continues to educate on triathlon, health and wellness through her socials, speaking and sponsorships as an Ambassador.

Future Astronaut & Pilot

Currently, Cassie is working towards her Private Pilots License. She was also accepted in 2017 to travel to space with Virgin Galactic as part of their commercial space flight, as their first sponsored astronaut.

Managing both Expedition 196, LLC. and Her International Inc., Cassie takes on an aptitude of daily tasks for both her business and non-profit. From events, projects, fundraising, marketing, web maintenance, photography and videography, managing all social accounts and sponsorship acquisition, she's quite the busy lady!
